Dear Grant Elementary Students and Families,
Welcome back to another exciting school year at Grant! I hope you had a wonderful summer filled with fun, relaxation, and memorable experiences. We are thrilled to have our students return to school, ready to embark on a new journey of learning, growth, and discovery.
Our dedicated team of teachers and staff have been working diligently to prepare for the upcoming year, ensuring that we create a nurturing and stimulating environment for every student. We have planned a variety of engaging activities, innovative lessons, and enriching programs that will support our students in achieving their academic and personal best.
This year, we continue to focus on fostering a community where everyone feels valued, respected, and safe. We believe that a strong partnership between school and home is essential for student success, and we encourage you to be actively involved in your child’s education. Your support and collaboration play a vital role in creating a positive school experience.
Teachers are excited to welcome students on August 19th! The campus opens at 7:40 am for breakfast. School starts at 8:10 am. Our dismissal on Mondays is 1:43 pm and 2:30 pm Tuesday through Friday. Parents are welcome to stay with their child(ren) as they eat breakfast; we ask that families do not wait outside of classrooms in the mornings.

Please join us on August 16th from 2:30-3:15 to meet your child’s teacher and get a popcorn treat from our Grant PTA! This event will take place in the Grant parking lot, the parking lot will be closed to thru traffic for this event. Parents/Guardians can learn how they can become involved at Grant Elementary.

These events are wonderful opportunities to meet your child’s teacher, learn more about our school programs, and connect with other families in our community.
